Batu Hijau is dedicated to supporting the people of Indonesia by focusing on community services, environmental programs, and green and renewable enterprises by assisting entrepreneurs, small companies, and communities with specific plans, projects and capital raising to grow these worthwhile and important services in the Central and East Java communities. 

Through its close partnership with Batu Hijau Foundation,

Batu Hijau is committed to supporting many community initiatives.  Ponorogo Resik Resik's recycling campaign includes community cleanups as well as monthly initiatives that have volunteers out in full force.  The Batu Hijau Skills Center supports members of all ages and provides access to training courses that cover skills from culinary arts and gardening to sewing crafts and fashion design.  Its collaboration with PRR Jalli Bag works towards greater economic sustainability by creating jobs for locals while providing them an opportunity for income generation which are vital needs within impoverished communities across Indonesia.
