Dindin has over 20 years of extensive experience working
on petroleum data management projects including geological and geophysical data preparation for G&G studies, spatial database project and exploration data organisation projects. With a strong network of local connections, Dindin currently supervises several client financial consultation projects as well as collaborating with Green Rocks Enterprise for project planning, implementation, delivery and close out.

Having earned her MBA from the Universitas Trilogi, Oki has expansive experience overseeing accounting, tax, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and reconciliations along with preparing of financial statements and cash flow projections that ensures the interests of all stakeholders.
WILLIAM RATHVON
Senior Business Manager
Will has over 25 years experience in leading and building sustainable teams and businesses within existing financial institutions. His strengths include developing strategies, providing financial advisory services, and working with key stakeholders to ensure the overall results are valuable for his clients. Will maintains key relationships with major global and regional companies across the infrastructure, oil & gas, mining & metals, global commodities and power & utility sectors. He has advised and raised multi-billion dollars of capital for M&A, structured finance and project finance transactions in the Infrastructure, LNG, O&G, Refining, Petrochemical, Power, and Mining industries.
ROBERT LEMMEY
Senior Consultant
Rob has over 43 years of Oil and Gas industry technical and managerial experience with Schlumberger, Halliburton & Triangle Energy. Throughout his career he has been active in starting up and running Service and Upstream operating companies, and training local staff to manage these businesses. In the past 4 years he has been active in Upstream and Downstream investing, with Blackstone, Lamara Energy and Green Rock Enterprises and Batu Hijau. His success has been based on wide experience in all areas of oil & gas operations across many different product lines within South East Asia & Pacific, Middle East, and European countries.

ROBERT JOHNSON
Senior Consultant
Robert has over 30 years of experience in international investment banking, specializing in management, structured debt financing, and private equity. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive technical expertise and cultivated key relationships within the Asia Pacific region. Robert has played pivotal roles in providing lending and financial services to a diverse portfolio of clients, including energy companies, international financial institutions, and private equity firms. He has successfully originated and executed financial advisory roles for Indonesian National Strategic Projects, securing over USD 25 billion in capital. Robert has held senior positions at prominent international banks, as well as leading private equity providers.
JOKO NURSAPTO
Senior Consultant
Joko has extensive experience with more than 20 years in consulting management, specifically in the toll road industry having been involved in infrastructure and technical modeling projects covering planning, land acquisition, design, technical monitoring, construction, and operational supervision. His expertise also extends to working closely with regional and state governments and various institutions as well as investment and EPC-related companies. Joko has built a strong network of contacts through his time working with various multi-level government entities, local authorities, senior stakeholders, investors, contractors, and consultants. Joko is based in Jakarta and regularly travels for work across Indonesia and is well-connected with the local communities

BERTRAND MA
Consultant
Bertrand has over 10 years of experience in financial advisory and analysis. He advised a wide range of corporate and private equity clients across APAC, with particular focuses on the oil & gas, power & renewables, and infrastructure sectors. Before Green Rock, he worked at MUFG Bank, BDA Partners, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he advised and raised over USD10bn of capital for M&A, project finance, and structured finance transactions. He is a CFA and CPA charterholder, holding an MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and a BBA (First Class Honors) with majors in Accountancy and Law from the City University of Hong Kong.

SAMUEL LIM
Consultant
Samuel has more than 10 years of experiences in oil and gas industry and refinery development projects providing strategic and financial analysis and structuring of assets in oil and gas upstream -downstream industry (e.g. oil refineries, LNG assets, etc) in Indonesia and ASEAN region.
He has been involved in various grass-roots and brown-field refinery development projects throughout Asia, contributing significantly to the sector's growth and development.
